Man Robbed in Valley Stream

A man was robbed in Valley Stream during the early morning hours on Tuesday, Nassau police said.

The 21-year-old man was in front of the Burger King on West Merrick Road when he was approached by men who pushed the victim to the ground, stole his cell phone and fled on foot westbound at 2 a.m., according to 5th Squad detectives. The victim was not injured. The suspects are described as black teenagers. sirens

Detectives request anyone with information regarding this crime to call Crime-Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
