A Valley Stream motorcyclist was arrested early Tuesday morning for driving with more than two dozen suspensions on his license in New Cassel, New York State Police said.
Jean N. Mathurin, 29, was with his motorcycle on the shoulder of the eastbound side of the Northern State Pkwy near the exit for the Wantagh State Parkway when Troopers noticed the rear license plate on the motorcycle was not visible at 2:30a.m., police said. Further investigation found that Mathurin was riding the motorcycle with a total of 26 suspensions on his license. 
Mathurin was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday.
