Wow my condolences to the victims family. Trust me though, mr.davis will pay for his crime. DA Kathleen Rice is going to fight to change the charge to murder in the 1st degree,which will change his time to 25 to LIFE!

I attended Mr. Noel’s funeral yesterday. It was so sad lookin at the slideshow of a man, who’s life was taken so abruptly b/c a stupid dumb guy decided to break the LAW. ARGH, and wat upsets me the most is that the guy was minutes from his house, who’s wife and children was waiting for him to return back home. ONLY to get a tragic call..So John, I totally understand where ur coming from, but how many of us quickly remove or dont wear a seatbelt once we are very close to home…..if that IDIOT wasnt driving drunk, in NO WAY wld Mr. Noel be ejected from his car….This type of story breaks my heart and when I tell you people were in tears yesterday including myself, it was just too sad. His youngest daughter didn’t state that she hate the man,but that she’s “ANGRY!” and who wouldnt. I am a Christian woman, and let me tell you, if that occured to me, those words would of probably have been expressed differently. ..I hope that JOnathan gets 150yrs like Madoff, so he can think about what he did, over and over and OVER again and it haunts him!..ugh..R.I.P. Ken Noel..you will be missed by many!.

I can’t imagine how it’s possible for a Buick sedan to hit a Land Rover Discovery and for the guy in the Disco to be killed! LR’s are some of the safest vehicles to be in when it comes to this type of collision. The LR driver must have not had his seatbelt on. There’s no way you can be ejected from a Land Rover just like that!

I am in no way supporting the drunk driver, but the victims death may be a result of being ejected from his vehicle and not from the impact of the crash. Therefore, is the suspect responsible for the death of someone whose death may be from the fact that he was not wearing a seatbelt and thus, breaking the law. In know an insurance company would try to transfer their responsiblity based upon the same reasoning. Now, noone is reporting that a seatbelt wasn’t worn by the vicitim, but I feel that the question is a valid one.
