A Maine woman was arrested for prostitution in Bethpage on Thursday night, Nassau police said.

Megan Waterman, 21, of Scarborough, arranged to meet undercover detectives through an Internet website at the Extended Stay Hotel on Oyster Bay Road, where she then agreed to perform a sexual act in exchange for money at 9:10 p.m., according to Narcotics/Vice Bureau detectives.

Waterman charged with prostitution.  She was arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Friday.
