A Manhattan man was arrested Monday night for allegedly burglarizing his former employer in Woodbury last month.

Christopher Pemberton, 31, along with another suspect who has not yet been arrested, entered Obsidian Financial Group on Woodbury Road, four days after Pemberton ceased working for the company, using a door key code on the night of Oct. 16, according to 2nd Squad detectives.

Pemberton worked at the company between Oct. 6 and Oct. 12 and was given the code to the front door. The suspects went through desk draws and removed financial documents containing customer’s names, social security numbers and bank reference numbers, which they photocopied and took with them, police said.

Pemberton was charged with burglary and will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday.
