He might add a little mor ebalanced scoring playing with Okposo as Weight can't be relied on to bounce back from injuries at this point. Snow needs to very careful in his next move or two. Once DiPietro comes back, he has Biron as trade bait. Use Biron and a draft pick to get a physical winger who has some size and some grit. Someone with veteran talent who also isn't afraid to protect his teammates. The Isles have a very good mix of veterans and young talent. they have team speed up front. they do lack size and that's what's needed to compete with the tier 1 teams in the NHL Nylander might come cheap but what would he add at this point? I'm not so sure and I think there's just enough left in those 37-year old legs to get an effective rest of of this season out of him.
