From what I’ve heard from parents who are on the POB PTA, this is not the forst time a Janitor in POB was caught. First one was arrested and did jail time. Guess what he still works for POB, he kept his job because he has a relative who is his Supv and he got paid while in Jail. Wrote to Suozzi about this, he claims no control over the schools. Schools will not make a move against him becuase of the Union. The Teachers Union will not even make an attempt to push him out because they are involved in a strike. So guess what fellow members POB, our kids come last to POB schools. If you don’t believe me, do your research, become a PTA member.
Anon…..Wake up friend. You really don’t know this kid. If you did, you’d know what he was up to. 50 packets of heroin is not a casual user. He may need help all right but 50 packets sounds a lot like he planned on selling it, not using it. You think the cop was just driving by a crowded supermarket parking lot and just happened to pat this guy down? I know the cops in the 8th precinct and they’ve been wise to this stuff and are attempting to crack down on it. This was no dumb mistake. they had this guy staked out
I know this kid and he is a good kid, he just made a really stupid choice. This is his first offense so i think he should be allowed to reform and get help.
this was my school! i’ve seen this guy around, its scary to knwo he was allowed to work in the district!
This guy was pushing. he was caught pushing in Bethpage and he was probably doing the same at work. This may have been the only charge on him at this point but you can bet that 50 bags will be upgraded to intent to sell. I commend the NCPD. They are trying hard to work on this issue. the bust was probably made by a POP officer (Problem Oriented Policing). However, thanks to Suozz….the NCPD is currently understaffed and has had their budget cut so it’s a miracle they had a cop who was able to bust somebody.
Part of why there is such a huge heroin problem with school kids!
50 packets and they just suspend him ! he needs to be kicked out of the school system. This would be a great way for the school district to show that it is serious about drugs in school.
Sure is. I’ll bet they tack additional charges onto this guy. They also better make he wasn’t selling at work.
50 packets?? Ther must be intent to sell.
