A 30-year-old East Moriches woman was accused Wednesday for unemployment fraud, New York State police said.

Danielle Price was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, following an investigation that found that she defrauded New York State by receiving in more than $1,000 in fraudulent unemployment benefits, police said.

Police conducted the investigation in conjunction with the New York State Department of Labor.
 
Price was issued an appearance ticket and will appear at First District Court in Central Islip on March 17.
