sorry right to arm bears but please dont tell ny’ers to drive to PA and buy fireworks. I just got out of jail literally tonight from buying there. Aparantly nypd has been using undercovers staking out the stores the past couple of years.. they must have followed me all the way back even after a ton of stops i made along the way. They waited all the way up until I was near the LIE on cross island parkway and next thing I know a Silver honda accord with PA plates no less trying to pull me over and they treated me and my family like I was a terror suspect.

It is interesting that only certain facts seem to be revealed to the public:

How about we try this story on:

At approximately 2:00 on Thursday morning, a lightning strike ignited a fire in a Lake Grove home. The homeowner, Justin Lanigan, instructed his wife to evacuate the home with their daughter and proceeded back into the smoke-filled home to rescue their son. This particular Thursday morning was his son’s first birthday.

With his family safe, Mr. Lanigan entered the burning home once again and extinguished the flames before the fire department was able to make it on the scene. Mr. Lanigan, in the interest of safety, had reported to the officials on scene that there were fireworks on the premises. After Mr. Lanigan was treated with oxygen for smoke inhalation, Mr. Lanigan was arrested for possession of fireworks.

When I was a kid, the cop who lived on our block had the biggest fireworks diplay in the whole neighborhood on the 4th of July!

  5. IN PA says:

In PA, PA residents may not purchase fireworks from retail outlets without a permit.

IN PA, out of state resident may purchase fireworks, if they “promise”; to immediately leave the state and use the purchased fireworks according to the local laws to where they will travel.

But don’t worry. That dirtbag Bloomberg and his bending buddies will find a way to take this away from you soon too.

After all, you’re too stupid to control your own life. That’s why you need them to do it for you. They tell you you can’t smoke, can’t drink, can’t eat salt, can’t own a weapon without their permission, can’t sit on the beach, You can’t even have fat in your diet.

When i was a kid growing up everybody lit fireworks. this is disgusting this poor guy is going to go through the system. meanwhile in PA you can buy fireworks in the supermarket. That’s why everybody is leaving long island (NY) these people have nothing better to do but pick on people for nonsense. When all the decent people are gone but the welfare recipients then they”ll become a little more lenient. until then they”ll tax you to death and through you in jail for nonsense

  7. OTJ says:

This is pathetic! Here in KY. and many other states, you can buy fireworks at big tents in the Wal*Mart parking lot. Maybe if they were legal in NY, people wouldn’t have to keep them in their garages. It’s a damn shame that this guys life should be ruined and taxpayers burdened for something that is not a real crime.

Just another reason to be glad I’m free of NY and LI and all of there nonsense.

  8. right to arm bears says:

    Oh God NO !!!!

I’m so glad they removed this menace to society from our streets !!!!!!

    Are we kidding?

One more activity we used to enjoy free from government interference, that now has been impeded by “our” government.

Do yourself a favor. Drive to PA., show them your license and get yourself some fireworks. It’s your holiday….

….And as you shoot off those fireworks, to celebrate the birth of the American Democratic Republic; remember the government is supposed to be here to serve you, you’re not here to serve the government.

For the people…. By the people…..
