Police said Arslan, who is the owner of Mediterranean Kebab Restaurant on Post Avenue, was closing up the restaurant after all the cooks and servers had left when he locked the doors to the building knowing a young girl was still inside at 10:30 p.m. Thursday.
Arslan grabbed the victim and began forcible touching her without her consent, police said. She was able to push away and flee from the restaurant.
He will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday.
