If Baldwin had a police Department, these type of things wouldn’t happen. Baldwin has gone down the tubes and it’s going to get worse until people start complaining that we have no protection! If you need a cop go to the Getty station on North Grand Ave. or look behind a shopping center, you should be able to find three or four lined up at a time!

What’s going on with Baldwin? Every other day something really bad is happening there. I thought it was a decent neighborhood, No?
