The singer has spoken out in recent months regarding her personal experience with Lupus, saying she has tested “borderline positive” for the disease.

The Epiphone Les Paul Jr. guitar signed by the pop singer was donated by the Long Island-based Red, White and Blues Band–and it can be yours. Raffle tickets to win the guitar are $25 each or $100 for a book of five. They can be purchased on the Lupus Alliance website through Sept. 26.

“In the past year, requests for our Quality of Life financial grants have tripled,” said JoAnn Quinn, Executive Director of the Lupus Alliance of Long Island/Queens. “People living with lupus have been hit by this economic crisis hard, as medication costs, doctor co-pays and more have drained their wallets,” she said.

All proceeds will benefit the organization’s Quality of Life financial assistance program as well as other support programs.
