“The luxurious penthouse provided a nice escape for the cast, on the other side of the river, and gave the chef’testants the perfect place to rest and recharge.” Said Robert Levine, CEO of RAL Companies, the project’s developer.
The place is perfect for a team of chefs, the apartment features a custom Italian kitchen by Dada and comes with numerous appliances like a double wall oven by Sub Zero and Bosch.
With so much to offer, one could have guessed this place wouldn’t be cheap.
It comes with a pretty large price tag, $7.25 million, making it the second most expensive apartment in Brooklyn. The extra-expensive digs are definitely worth the price. The massive 4,638-square-foot, four-bedroom waterfront triplex penthouse is located on top of a luxury condominium complex, which is located within the 85-acre Brooklyn Bridge Park.
“This building is located in one of Brooklyn’s most sought after neighborhoods and situated within one of Brooklyn’s largest parks, while also featuring over 10,000 square feet of amenities. Said Highlyann Krasnow of The Developers Group, the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the development.
