Reports: “Black Madam” Sought by Cops in Aderotimi Death

According to multiple reports, Philadelphia police are looking for a hip-hop singer who goes by the name “Black Madam,” in connection with a but-enhancement procedure that went wrong.

Police in Philadelphia are investigating the death of a 20-year-old woman who died in a Philadelphia hotel after receiving buttocks enhancements.

Claudia Seye Aderotimi died 1:32 a.m. Tuesday, after flying to Philadelphia with three friends to undergo the procedure, NBC Philadelphia reports.

Police executed a search warrant on the apartment of 41-year-old Padge-Victoria Windslowe, but she wasn’t home at the time of the search, NBC Philadelphia reports.

Windslowe, also goes by the name of “Black Madam,” and her Facebook page says Windslowe, is a musician.

According to the New York Daily News, Aderotimi complained of chest pains after undergoing the procedure.

Multiple reports said the warrant was only for Windslowe’s apartment, and she has not been charged as of yet.
