Arcade Fire won Album of the Year for The Suburbs
Lady Antebellum won Record of the Year for Need You Now
Lady Antebellum won Song of the Year, Country Album, Country Performance and Country Song as well.
Lady Gaga won Best Pop Vocal Album for The Fame Monster and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for Bad Romance.
Eminem won Best Rap Album for Recovery and Best Rap Solo Performance for Not Afraid.
Muse won Best Rock Album for The Resistance.
Esperanza Spalding won Best New Artist.
Jay-Z and Alicia Keys won Best Rap Song and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for Empire State of Mind.
Jay-X also won Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group for On To The Next One.
John Legend and The Roots won Best R&B Song, Best R&B Album and Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance.
Usher won Best Contemporary R&B Album.
Rihanna won Best Dance Recording for Only Girl.
Neil Young won Best Rock Song for Angry World.

And the big shocker of the night? Justin Bieber won nothing.
