Prosecutors said the 47-year-old Patchogue woman stole the money by placing her husband on the payroll of her employer, Combined Container, from March, 2009 to April 2010.
Her spouse, Michael, was never employed by the company. Belmont was arrested last April.
She was also ordered to provide restitution to the firm.
