The most hated person in America is also someone who needs to come out of hiding. Casey Anthony, the woman who was found not guilty of killing her daughter, is hated by 94 percent of Americans, according to a new poll.

And it seems the media circus that surrounded her trial is still hot on her trail. Anthony discovered on Friday that she must come out of safe hiding to report for probation.

She must present herself to the Department of Corrections by August 26 to serve her 12 month probation. This is due to the charges issued against her for check fraud in 2010.

Last month the judge that presided over the case, Stan Strickland, filed an amendment to her case because of an error that occurred while she was in jail. She was ordered to serve 412 days in jail and then a year of probation, however, an error allowed her to serve her year of probation while awaited her murder trial.

Strickland is demanding that Anthony return to Florida while her outraged attorneys have ordered an emergency hearing regarding the screw-up.

Anthony has received multiple death threats and has escaped media attention since she was released from prison, although pictures have surfaced of Anthony in Ohio last week.

She was not the only person on the most hated list, according to the Huffington Post. The runner ups were Spencer Pratt from the TV show “The Hills,” and Nadya Suleman, also known as the “Octomom”.

O.J. Simpson who was also acquitted of murder came in fourth with Jon Gosselin from the TV series “Jon and Kate Plus 8” coming in fifth. Levi Jonston, Bristol Palin’s Ex-Fiance, Jesse James, Paris Hilton rounded out America’s sixth, seventh, and eighth picks.

The final two spots went to Heidi Fleiss, the “Hollywood Madam,” and Howard Stern.
