When Tupac rapped about people smoking his cremated ashes in a song called “Black Jesus,” everybody probably just brushed it off, and didn’t take the rapper serious.

Apparently, some did.

The Outlawz, a rap group founded by the late rapper, released a video for VladTV.com where they claim they mixed his ashes with marijuana and smoked him.

“It’s definitely true,” said a member of the group, claiming that his buddies went down to a beach after Tupac’s family memorial and rolled up his ashes.

In the video, Tupac’s buddy says he forgot who came up with the idea, when another man says it was all Tupac’s idea. “Pac came up with that sh**, if you listen to Black Jesus…that was a request….he had, whether how serious he was, we took that sh** serious.”

“It went down…we twisted up some of that great grand-daddy California kush and mixed the big homie with it…so you know he’s flowing through our system.”

The line in “Black Jesus” that they are referring to reads:

“We die clutchin glasses, filled with liquor bomblastic,
Creamated, last wishes ***** smoke my ashes.”

A spokesperson for Tupac’s family said they don’t know if the story is true, according to TMZ.

The spokesperson told the gossip site that it would have been hard to sneak away with Tupac’s ashes during the memorial, because his remains were being watched by a family member.

The rapper died at 25-years-old when he was shot four times in Las Vegas. He was taken to the hospital but died six days later of a reported respiratory failure and cardiac arrest.
