It’s safe to say President Obama got less than a warm welcome in Arizona, from one woman at least.
Obama landed outside Phoenix, Arizona this past week and as he stepped off Air Force One, was greeted by Gov. Jan Brewer.

According to the L.A. Times, Brewer welcomed Obama by handing him a handwritten letter—It was reportedly an invitation to lunch and included a visit to the border with her.
An intense conversation ensued—reports said the two were smiling but talking at the same time—and ended with some finger pointing from Brewer.
The intense moment was caught by photographers standing by, and has since left tongues wagging as to what happened.
“The governor handed the president a letter and said she was inviting him to meet with her. The president said he’d be glad to meet with her again, but did note that after their last meeting, a cordial discussion in the Oval Office, the governor inaccurately described the meeting in her book,” a White House official reportedly said.
Brewer reportedly told a reporter that the president seemed upset about her book.
The book is called “Scorpions for Breakfast,” in which Brewer mentions signing Arizona’s controversial law cracking down on undocumented immigrants in which Obama opposes, reported Fox—-Brewer reportedly criticizes Obama for opposing the law.
“We could have been talking about a million different things,” Brewer told reporters, according to CBS. “Bottom line is that he generally wants to talk about amnesty and I want to talk about securing our border.”
Brewer has been vocal on Obama in recent years. In the past, Brewer described Obama as lecturing her during a meeting that took place at the White House.
“I felt a little bit like i was being lectured to, and I was a little kid in a classroom, if you will, and he was this wise professor and I was this little kid, and this little kid knows what the problem is and I felt minimized to say the least,” she said, according to CBS.

I’m sure if he was manhandling her, she would have said that. You all will say anything to make Obama the bad guy but it just doesn’t work. He’s too calm, cool and collected for that. She’s obviously the aggressor in this situation, whether she felt she had a reason to be or not. Call a spade, a spade and quit being an a**hole about it. You sound really desperate trying so hard to make the black man wrong, and the white woman right.
I am sure he deserved it… http://www.ThePointingFinger.com
Everyone’s captioning this one “Brewer Points at Obama”. She’s known to speak with her hands. To me, she looks like she’s using her finger to make a point, and it’s not the one the media is trying to make. BUT the caption to the photograph could also read “Obama Manhandles Arizona Governor”. His posture isn’t exactly nice. He’s leaning down, which supports Brewer’s claims that he “talks down” to her. He’s also grabbing her arm. I don’t know about you, but a little finger pointing is nothing compared to an arm grab.
I’ve also heard we have audio/video both before and after the incident. Why is there no audio/video of the incident? That seems a little odd.
