Who in New York isn’t getting Jeremy Lin fever?

The once unknown point guard out of Harvard actually has some Knicks fans excited about visiting Madison Square Garden, despite their losing record and the absence of Carmelo Anthony (injured groin) and Amare Stoudemire (death in the family).

On Wednesday night, Jeremy Lin once again surprised spectators, this time driving toward the basket and flying in for a slam dunk.

What else can this kid do?

Lin dropped 23 points during the Knicks 107-93 victory over the Washington Wizard and also added 10 assists, for the first double-double of his career.

Lin’s emergence has inspired the Twitterverse to come up with several hashtags, including #linning and #linsanity.

Fans at MSG are already chanting “M-V-P” and it was reported that prices on secondary ticket sites like Stub Hub are going up for the Knicks game against Kobe Bryant and the Lakers on Friday night.

One picture that showed up on the Internet shows Lin jumping up in the air at MSG with the words “All I do is Lin,” in big bold letters behind him.
