Adopt An Animal For Valentine’s Day

“Until one has loved an animal, a part of one’s soul remains unawakened.”

This quote from Anatole France is perfect for Valentine’s Day. If you’re still in need of a Valentine, consider adopting a pet. Many Long Island animal shelters and rescue groups are holding special events in honor of the holiday devoted to love.

Remember: Animals give unconditional love, and dog food is much cheaper than diamonds.
