Video: Baz Luhrmann Talks ‘Great Gatsby’ at LI Red Carpet

“The Great Gatsby” director, Baz Luhrmann, highlighted a red carpet event at Soundview Cinemas in Port Washington Wednesday promoting his upcoming film, set to be released Friday. Luhrmann’s latest film is based on F. Scott Fitzgerald’s iconic book, which is set on Long Island’s Gold Coast.
