U.S. Marshals have apprehended in Pennsylvania a suspect wanted for gunning down a 30-year-old Wyandanch man in front of the victim’s home last month, Suffolk County police said.

Torey Warren was arrested Thursday in Pocono Pines on a charge of second-degree murder.

Police said the 34-year-old Amityville man shot and killed Desi Kingsberry on State Avenue on in the early morning hours of Sunday, Sept. 29.

Warren waived extradition and will be arraigned Friday at Suffolk County court in Riverhead.
