The 39-year-old New York City school teacher from Massapequa who was arrested for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old student at school has been accused of doing the same with another boy.
Joy Morsi was re-arrested Wednesday and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of third-degree criminal sexual act.
Queens prosecutors said Morsi, a physical education teacher at Grover Cleveland High School in Ridgewood, sexually abused the second 16-year-old male student on school property last weekend.
She had been arrested one day prior on similar charges—plus 23 counts of third-degree rape—for allegedly engaging in sexual relations with a male student in the basement and other locations inside of the school on multiple occasions between June 5, 2013 and July 24, 2013, authorities have said.
Judge Ernest Hart had set bail for Morsi in the prior case at $25,000. She faces up to four years in prison, if convicted, and is due back in court on June 23.
