A 39-year-old man was fatally hit by three vehicles while crossing a road in Woodbury on Thursday night.
Nassau County police said the pedestrian was crossing Woodbury Road when he was hit by a northbound Mercedes Benz at 7:49 p.m.
The victim was thrown into the opposite lane of traffic, where he was then struck by a southbound Chevy van traveling and a third vehicle. All three drivers remained at the scene.
Homicide Squad detectives do no suspect any criminality.
The victim’s identity wasn’t immediately released.
