President Long Island Association
Law moved around a lot during his five years on the Power List. In 2006, Law’s first year on the list, he was Chief Deputy Suffolk County Executive. By 2008, he was appointed President and CEO of the Long Island Power Authority. Last year he stepped down and seized the reins as president of the Long Island Association, the largest business organization in New York. For some Hall of Famers, power is a thing of the past—but as LI’s economy and workforce evolve, Law’s role is as vital as ever.
