“Our current facility, as built and designed, was a grammar school, not a police academy.”

"We’re always looking to improve our relationship with the community,” said Thomas Krumpter, the acting Nassau County police commissioner.

“This is all about building trust with the community,” Acting Nassau County Police Commissioner Thomas Krumpter told legislators.

“There is no known threat to any religious institution in Nassau County at this time.”

Nassau taxpayers have unknowingly been paying millions of dollars as a consequence of lax oversight, mismanagement, neglect and/or willful ignorance.
