<p>A man was arrested for stabbing his 57-year-old brother to death in their father&#8217;s West Babylon home where all three live on Saturday evening, Suffolk County police said.</p>
<p>Officers responded to their Densfield Road after John Beaumont, 54, called 911 to report that he stabbed his brother, Thomas, during an argument while their father was home at 5:33 p.m.., police said. The father was not injured.</p>
<p>Thomas Beaumont was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, where he later died.</p>
<p>John Beaumont was charged with second-degree murder. He pleaded not guilty Sunday at First District Court in Central Islip.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Two men were killed and a woman and her 3-year-old son were critically injured in a head-on crash in Deer Park on Friday afternoon.</p>
<p>Suffolk County police said Robert Fattibene, 53, of Smithtown, was driving a Dodge Durango northbound on Commack Road when he crossed into the southbound lane and hit a Nissan Altima driven by 32-year-old Herver Leonel Garcia Munoz of Brentwood at 6:35 p.m.</p>
<p>Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.</p>
<p>Yesenia Marilu Martinez Vasquez, 24, a passenger in the Nissan, was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital.</p>
<p>Justin Martinez, the toddler who was riding with his mother and father in the car, was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip. Both the mother and child are listed in critical condition.</p>
<p>First Squad detectives impounded the vehicles for safety checks, are continuing the investigation and ask anyone with information about the crash to contact them at 631-854-8152.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A 26-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run crash after being struck by another driver who stopped in Amityville early Sunday morning, Suffolk County police said.</p>
<p>Carlos Perez-Rodas of Uniondale was hit in front of El Rodeo Restaurant and Bar by a Toyota Corolla and was then struck by a second vehicle that fled the scene at 12:43 a.m., police said.</p>
<p>The first driver, 23-year-old Joshua Dauphin of Farmingdale, was trying to stop southbound traffic on Broadway with the help of others when the hit-and-run driver struck.</p>
<p>The second vehicle was described as a late model, dark-colored Mercedes that was last seen heading southbound on Broadway.</p>
<p>Perez-Rodas was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip where he was pronounced dead.</p>
<p>Vehicular Crime Unit detectives are continuing the investigation and ask anyone with information about the crash to contact them at 631-852-6555 or call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 631-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.</p>

<p>Officers responded to a call of shots fired at the basketball courts in Wyandanch Park where they found two men struck by bullets and suffering non-life threatening injuries to the head at 7 p.m., police said.</p>
<p>The victims, 27-year-old Irvin Noak of Bellport and 33-year-old Davone Knight of West Babylon, were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Authorities said the driver hit a 15-year-old boy on his bicycle after a road rage altercation.]]></description>
				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A West Islip man has been indicted on charges he crashed his vehicle into a 15-year-old boy on a bicycle, killing him, following a road-rage incident last year.</p>
<p>Dennis Grabhorn, Jr. was arrested Tuesday and charged with criminally negligent homicide, reckless driving, criminal possession of a controlled substance and traffic violations.</p>
<p>Prosecutors said the 34-year-old was cutting off another vehicle near on the Sunrise Highway service in West Islip when he struck Thomas Labetti, who was riding his bike on the southbound side of Udall Road on Sept.11.</p>
<p>The victim died 17 days later. The driver Grabhorn had cut off allegedly had cut him off at a red light before the crash.</p>
<p>Grabhorn’s bail was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.</p>

<p>Keith Garrison was standing on North 15th Street just north of Merritt Avenue when he got into a fight with a man who pulled out a gun and fired shots at Garrison shortly after 4 p.m., police said.</p>
<p>The victim was struck in the neck and back. He was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip where he is listed in serious but stable condition.</p>

<p>Suffolk County police said Christopher Campoverde was driving a Ford pickup truck eastbound in the right lane of Sunrise Highway when his truck struck Gregory Wilson at 5 a.m.</p>
<p>The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Campoverde, 28, of Selden, was not injured.</p>

<p>Suffolk County police said Doris Wagner was driving a Nissan Maxima northbound on Great East Neck Road when she tried to make a left turn into a parking lot and her car collided with a southbound Suzuki ridden by John Hart at 4 p.m. Friday.</p>
<p>The victim was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip where he was pronounced dead. Wagner, 68, of West Babylon, was not injured.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Cops are looking for the dump truck driver that caused a four-vehicle crash on Route 495 before fleeing the scene.]]></description>
				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A hit-and-run dump truck driver seriously injured an elderly man and caused a four-vehicle-crash on the Long Island Expressway in Dix Hills before fleeing the scene on Thursday evening, Suffolk County police said.</p>
<p>Gloria Montoya, 49, Commack, was driving a Honda Accord eastbound on the LIE near exit 51 when her car was rear-ended in the center lane by the dump truck that was merging from the right lane at 7:30 p.m., police said.  The Accord then struck the concrete center divider, a Toyota Solara in the HOV lane and a Dodge Magnum in the center lane, police said.</p>
<p>The driver of the Solara, 83-year-old William Broer of Hauppauge, was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was listed in serious condition. Montoya was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip where she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.  The driver of the Magnum, 35-year-old Carlos Gonzalez of Central Islip, was not injured.</p>
<p>Police described the dump truck that fled the scene as a newer-model, clean silver or grey-colored vehicle.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Two 24-year-old men were shot and wounded in their hometown of Wyandanch on Thursday afternoon, Suffolk County police said.</p>
<p>The victims were standing with a group of people on Davidson Street near the corner of Troy Avenue when they were hit by the gunfire shortly before 1 p.m.</p>
<p>Both men drove themselves to local hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. One of the men was shot in the arm and went to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip. The other man was shot in the shoulder and went to St. Joseph Hospital in Bethpage.</p>
