Ellen P. Hoffman (nee Mooney), of Freeport, passed away on June 18, 2009. Longtime J.C. Penney Roosevelt Field employee. Mother of Arthur James Hoffman. Sister of Carolyn Brown (James). She will be loved and missed by many. Arrangements were made by the Arthur F. White Funeral Home. Mass was held June 20 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church. Cremation was private.
