Robert A. Sherman, 76, of Staten Island, formerly of Brooklyn, died on Oct. 18, 2009. Husband of the late Catherine. Father of Bobby Sherman of Brooklyn and the late Diane, Thomas and Michael. Grandfather of Jessica Maher (Douglas) of Bayville. Brother of Arnold, Susan, Patricia, Deborah and the late Joseph and Harold. Arrangements were made by the Oyster Bay Funeral Home. Graveside service at LI National Cemetery, Pinelawn.
