Obituary – Gladys Schlessinger

Gladys Schlessinger, 90, formerly of Floral Park, passed away Feb. 21, 2010 at the NYS Firemen’s Home in Hudson, NY. Survived by her son, Arthur; daughter-in-law Frances; son-in-law Peter Hance; sister Marilyn Healey; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Gladys was predeceased by her husband Albert, their daughter Evelyn Hance and sisters, Audrey Barrett and Dorothy Vantine. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home. Graveside service and interment Holy Rood Cemetery. Donations in Gladys’ memory may be sent to the NYS Volunteer Firemen’s Home (125 Harry Howard Ave., Hudson, NY 12534).
