Jean Blyman, the wife of the late William J. Blyman and dear mother of Nancy Heuser and Robert Blyman, died on March 7, 2010 after a long illness.
Jean was a Hicksville resident since 1956. She was an active member of Our Lady of Mercy Church belonging to the Rosary Altar Society for many years. She also belonged to the Mercy League and participated in its many functions. Jean became a golfer after her husband died in 1987. She also bowled with her Mercy League friends.
Jean was blessed to remain in her own home through her illness. She received Holy Communion each week and most of all enjoyed the love she received from grandchildren, Kately, William and Kerrin.
