Last year’s event brought in over 200 Creative Cups, ordinary bras that were transformed into works of art. They were created by artists, art students, children, breast cancer survivors and their friends and family members. Submitted creations must be received by Aug. 2, to be included in the auction/gala (March 15, 2011 at Adelphi University). Those wishing to create a bra are encouraged to sign up early, as entrants will be limited to 200.
