Obituary – Robert A. Mercado

Robert A. Mercado, 77, of Farmingdale, passed away June 1, 2010. He was a U.S. Navy Korean War veteran, retired Verizon employee, member Catholic War Veterans and Past Grand Knight, Fourth Degree and active member of Farmingdale Knights of Columbus Council 2204. Husband of 53 years to Marion (nee Corey). Brother of George (Peggy) Mercado and Carolyn Fabian (Jim). Also survived by his brother-in-law, Robert (Rose) Corey and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home. Funeral Mass was held June 3 at St. Kilian RC Church with interment following at Calverton National Cemetery.
