Billy Minicozzi Knows Oyster Bay
Loyal mystery picture fan Billy Minicozzi knows Oyster Bay. He called to say the photo in the Sept. 16 issue of the Enterprise Pilot was one of the Town of Oyster Bay’s showmobiles. “It’s parked on town property near Firemen’s Field,” he said. On a sports note, Billy is looking forward to the football season! And a win by the Jets!
He is correct. And, there is a bit more to the story – the showmobile was parked at Beekman Beach for the Bay Day event. It was a hard photo to place, but Billy won.
It was in a way – a case of “Hot Beans.” No one else called and got closer to the location so he wins this session of “Hot Beans”. If you don’t know what “Hot Beans” is, ask a kid. Maybe an old kid.
