Obituary: Agnes Cawley Sordi

Agnes Cawley Sordi, of Oyster Bay, died on Oct. 2, 2010. Agnes, the widow of Nicholas A. Sordi, is survived by her eight children: Roberta (David) Harper, Nicholas (Eileen) Sordi, John Sordi, Angela (Ronald) Baron, Peter (Annette) Sordi, Mary (Dale) Beckmann, Michael Sordi and Jean (Edward) Hayes. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Arrangements were made by the Francis P. DeVine Funeral Home, Oyster Bay. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at St. Dominic’s RC Chapel. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Visiting Nurse Association of Oyster Bay, South St., Oyster Bay, NY 11771.
