Recently, Park Lacrosse – The Revolution, a new travel lacrosse club in New Hyde Park, hosted The Edge, a travel team from Toronto Canada. There was a chill in the air and stands were full with both local parents and a large group of Canadian parents to watch the game. The crowd was not disappointed as the game went to the final minutes with the Canadian team scoring a goal to win the contest by a score of 9-8. This was a great opportunity for both the players and spectators to watch some great lacrosse with an international flair.
Park Lacrosse is a new club based in New Hyde Park whose sole purpose is to provide a venue for boys ages 8 – 17 to play competitive lacrosse year round at a reasonable price.
