Letter: Nobody’s Friend

The abuse of alcohol has ended the lives of moms, dads, children, husbands, wives, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, grandparents, nieces, nephews, co-workers, neighbors, members of the clergy, even the unborn!

Sad to say, there will be more. I feel it’s a plague upon our society. Alcohol is no friend.

The alcohol manufacturers say, “drink responsibly.”

I say you give that up with each drink.

Some friends are better left alone.
