Thomas O. Alfano, 82, lifelong resident of Bayville, died on March 29, 2011. Husband of Maria. Father of Maria Alfano-Hardy (Hank), Kathy Ann Lane (John) and Patrice Keitt (John). Grandfather of Sabrina, Jack and Christina. Brother of Carmela Valgas, and the late Jerry, Joseph, Teresa, and Joan. Also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Arrangements were made by the Oyster Bay Funeral Home. Funeral Mass at St. Gertrude RC Church. Entombment Pinelawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Gertrude RC Church, 28 School St., Bayville, NY 11709, would be appreciated.
