Frederick S. Mortati, MD, of Oyster Bay Cove, died peacefully on May 9, 2011, at age 74.
Husband of Frances. Father of Nicole Chang (Hugh), Frederick (Karen), Robert (Andrea), and Katherine Mortati, MD (Girish Thampi). Papa of Christopher, Alexandra, Matthew, Claudia, Nicholas, Daniel, Eric, Elizabeth and Gabriel.
