Tony Award-Winning Play to Be Performed

The Homecoming, Harold Pinter’s most controversial and compelling play, is to be presented by The Ethical Players at the Ethical Humanist Society, 38 Old Country Rd., on June 11, 18, 15 at 8 p.m. and June 12, 19 at 2:30 p.m. Doors open half hour before the performances; seating is intimate and limited. There will be a discussion of the play for those who wish to stay afterward. Suggested donation $20. Call 741-7304.

Breast Cancer Paths to Wellness Program

Hatha Yoga for You. Yoga is an ancient science that teaches how to unite body, mind and spirit through the practice of movements and postures coordinated with breathing techniques. Yoga may help increase strength and flexibility, raise energy levels and promote peace of mind. Participants will learn gentle movements to free joints, yoga postures and adaptations, breathing techniques and guided relaxation. Instructor Jill de la Sota. Molloy Institute for Lifelong Learning Open House

Molloy Institute for Lifelong Learning (Mill) is sponsoring an open house to attract new members to join an interesting and invigorating program for retirees or people who work part time. Classes are held Tuesdays and/or Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Presentations are delivered by Molloy Faculty or professionals from legal, health care, literary, scientific, political and musical arenas. There is an annual fee for this program. Mill is a learning experience for the young in spirit…Meet people who want to meet you. Open house will be held a 10 a.m. in the Molloy College Reception Room, Kellenberg Hall, Molloy College Campus. Refreshments will be served. The Sorcerer

The Gilbert & Sullivan Light Opera Company of LI will present performances of Gilbert & Sullivan’s The Sorcerer at 8 p.m. at Cluett Hall at St. Paul’s, 295 Stewart Ave., Garden City. The production features a cast of 25 performers and the critically acclaimed, 18-piece Gilbert & Sullivan Light Opera Orchestra. Tickets are priced at $25 adults; $20 students and seniors. Additionally, two children under the age of 12 will be admitted free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased one full-price ticket. Stroke Support Groups

Stroke Life Society is a community organization of survivors and co-survivors in the pursuit of living and helping others. A stroke can be very isolating. By sharing experiences and encouraging one another, together we can face and overcome common challenges. All welcome. RSVP is requested but not required. Zoning Board of Appeals meets at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall on the fourth Tuesday of each month.

Planning Commission meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall.

Environmental Advisory Board meets at 8 p.m. at Village Hall on the last Wednesday (except July and August) of each month.

•Calling All War Time Veterans (WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Iran, Iraq). VFW Garden City Park Post #120 invites you to become a member.
