Once again, Lindsay Lohan has gotten herself in trouble with the law.

Lohan appeared in court at 10 a.m. Thursday morning after TMZ reported that she tested positive for alcohol last week. Lohan is currently on house arrest, serving a 35-day sentence from her recent arrest after allegedly stealing a necklace from a boutique in Los Angeles.

TMZ reported that Judge Stephanie Sautner did not send Lohan to jail after only requiring drug and not alcohol test results from the actress from January 3 to February 25 of this year. Sautner said Lohan did not violate her probation and never brought up the topic of alcohol in court but did scold the actress saying her actions were in “extremely poor judgement.”

According to TMZ, Lohan took two urine tests one week ago, testing positive for alcohol in one and testing negative for the other. Both tests showing no evidence of drugs.

Lohan recently cancelled a sit down interview with “Today” show host, Matt Laurer, due to the length of the interview. But TMZ reported that she canceled because of Lohan’s knowledge of her failed drug tests.

According to TMZ, The L.A. County Prohation Department wants Judge Stephanie Sautner is put Lohan in jail and take away her house arrest privileges and are reportedly angry at the parties the actress was caught hosting.

Lohan defended herself during a recently interview with Life & Style magazine saying, “It wasn’t a party, it was a barbecue. My friends come over, they’re not drinking. Alcohol is not in my house, so it’s just not a part of my life.”

Sautner has ordered Lohan to one one house guest at a time during the remainder of her house arrest sentence.

Lohan went on to say to the magazine that she wouldn’t rule out going to clubs in the future saying, “I don’t think you should ever say never.”

Lohan recently filmed a commercial during her house arrest for the penny auction website Beezid.com. According to Pop Eater, Lohan was reportedly paid $25 thousand for an 18-second commercial. She was also given a $10 thousand credit to use the website. The video recently went viral online, collecting over 230 thousand views in three days.
