Doctors have stated that Kingston is expected to make a full recovery and was released on Tuesday from Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. He’s been hospitalized since Memorial Day weekend after crashing his jet-ski into the Palm Island Bridge at high speed.

The 21-year-old singer lost control of the watercraft and ended up with a broken jaw, a fractured wrist and water in his lungs.

Luckily a man in a boat nearby just happened to be a Coast Guard worker who was off duty at the time and was able to help Kingston and the woman he was riding with, 23-year-old Cassandra Sanchez, who was not seriously injured.

Police say alcohol was not a factor in causing the accident, which is still under investigation.

Sanchez had told TMZ after the accident that Kingston was driving “really fast” before the accident occurred and they were  riding next to another jet-ski ridden by two friends.

Sanchez said they were “going so fast we just blasted past them…When we turned a corner and crashed…they were so far behind us they didn’t even see us crash.”

The woman had also told the gossip site that she had asked the 21-year-old singer to go slower because she saw the low bridge ahead and then they wiped out.

While still in the hospital, Kingston tweeted a picture of himself this week, with the message:

“Feeling alot better! GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!”

We’re sure Kingston will be touring and singing “Beautiful Girls” again before you know it.
