East Nor-Muttontown-Brookvilles Republican Club’s Golf Outing

The East Norwich-Muttontown-Brookvilles Republican Club enjoyed their 3rd Annual Golf Classic on Wednesday, June 15 at Stonebridge Golf Links, Smithtown. The weather was perfect for a wonderful, fun-filled day.

The event was organized by the club’s president, Jarvis “Tim” Brown; Executive Leader Frank Scalera; Jean Aarons, and Kevin Ocker. The day began with breakfast, followed by a barbecue lunch, cocktails, superb dinner with awards and raffles galore.

The big prize of a 50” plasma TV was won by Bruce Halbert. When Michael Scalera, the executive leader’s brother, won the 50/50, the entire ballroom clapped and teased him!

The lowest score was presented to Kevin Ocker’s foursome, closest-to-the-pin (Michael Spinelli, Jr.), and longest drive (Kris Ocker). The “youngest player under 18 category” went to Thomas Kelly for longest drive. Everyone is looking forward to next year’s gathering.
