Hometown team wins baseball championship in Hershey PA Blue Mountain battle
The 11U Farmingdale Greendogs won the Hershey PA Blue Mountain Battle baseball tournament which was held on July 23, 24 2011. The boys played and defeated some very stiff competition from Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
They won all five games they played scoring 51 runs while allowing only 22 runs against on route to bringing home the Championship.
The coaches are extremely proud of how each of these boys cares about the team and each other that was demonstrated with the effort given in the extreme heat throughout the tournament.
