According to Suffolk County Police, a motor vehicle crash in Huntington left a Melville man dead this morning.
Mark Tully, 21, was driving his 2003 Infiniti southbound on West Neck Road when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a telephone pole and a tree north of Penataquit Place in Huntington at 3:45 a.m. today. Tully, of Melville, was transported to Huntington Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 7:30 a.m.
The vehicle was impounded for a safety check and the investigation is continuing.
