The GU 9 Xtreme girls from Farmingdale, playing in their first tournament as the HBC Xtreme, played up in the U10 division of the Rough Riders Kick-off Classic on August 6th.
The girls played against a U10 Rough Rider team, the Rough Riders top U9 team and a Garden City U10 team. The Xtreme defeated all three teams to take first place. The girls played outstanding soccer in temperatures in the high 90s playing 40 minutes of soccer with no halftime.
