Last night welcomed back the Emmy Awards.

This year the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards aired live last night on Fox from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.

This year, the ever hilarious, Jane Lynch of Glee, who plays a quite quirky cheerleading coach on the hit Fox show, hosted.

The show was jam packed with surprising moments, and they weren’t just who won what. One of the most shocking moments of the show was when Charlie Sheen appeared. He was presenting when he offered his former show “Two and a Half Men” good luck on the next season that airs tomorrow with Ashton Kutcher replacing Sheen.

In addition, to Emmys in 25 categories that were announced last night, Emmys in 76 other categories and areas for programs and individual achievements were presented at the Creative Arts Awards on September 10. Additionally, the Governors Award was presented to John Walsh, the creator and host of “America’s Most Wanted.”
