Michaele Salahi and Neal Schon are letting the world know just how in love they are.
Salahi was caught making out with Journey guitarist, Neal Schon, the man she ran away with earlier this month and the photographic proof was posted on the Rumor Fix website.
The two are not keeping their affair a secret. The photo was reportedly taken backstage but isn’t the first time they’ve been spotted together. Michaele has been following Neal on tour for the past month and has even been spotted on stage with him during his band’s performances.
Earlier this month, Michaele’s husband Tareq reported his wife missing. He called authorities and begged the public to help find his wife that he was convinced was in danger.
”ALERT!! URGENT! MICHAELE SALAHI MISSING!” he tweeted.
Michaele was later found alive and well with Journey Guitarist, Neal Schon—She let authorities know that she was fine and voluntarily with Schon and didn’t want her husband to know where she was.
Upon hearing the news, Tareq said he was relieved she was OK but “Devastated” and filed for divorce from Michaele September 16. Neal also filed for divorce. He’s divorcing his wife Ava Fabian, a former Playboy Playmate, whom he married in Paris this past July.
This week, the new couple spoke to the Daily Beast about the affair. Schon said, “It’s like a fairy tale. It is, it really is.” And went on to say, ”I’m very happy, very happy after waiting for her for 15 years.”
In an E! report, it was revealed that Michaele had previously dated Neal. The two were dating in the ’90s while Salahi was also dating Tareq but ultimately chose Tareq because she was sick and believed Tareq would provide better care for her. And while the two weren’t speaking for a while, the reconnected and had been texting each other prior to running away together.
