Early Sunday, a man discovered another pouring anti-freeze into the gas tank of his car .
According to Nassau County Police, at around 3:00 a.m., a 32-year-old man from Far Rockaway noticed a strange man pouring anti-freeze into the gas tank of his car, parked in front of 18 Clinton Avenue in Inwood—The man is being identified as Charles Marc, 40. He then reportedly noticed his ex-girlfriend, Sterrine Campbell, speeding away.
Following an investigation, police found that Campbell, 34, of Rockaway Beach, had allegedly paid Marc and supplied him with the anti-freeze.
Police arrested Marc and Campbell. Campbell is being charged with Criminal Mischief, Criminal Facilitation, and Criminal Solicitation while Marc is being charged with Criminal Mischief. They will be arraigned on Monday at First District Court in Hempstead.
